Diet, Nutrition & Fitness
I have a wide and varied healthy diet which excludes junk food and sugar based drinks. I love all cuisines especially Japanese and am very conscious of my nutritional needs for performance in sport.
I focus my nutrition to enable moderate muscle gain and use higher energy foods when active in sports to help deliver performance.
I would consider myself to be very fit and work on strength and conditioning daily. Have a look at some of my fitness videos below. (Added soon!)
